
City of Dublin FET College, Dhúlaigh, Northeast Campus (formerly Coláiste Dhúlaigh) is proud to announce a name change. This new title reflects our proud position as a constituent college of the City of Dublin ETB. As northeast Dublin’s largest provider of further education and training (FET) courses, we are delighted that this announcement will affirm us as a FET college of the future, while acknowledging the rich tradition of education that Dhúlaigh has developed for more than 50 years.
This year, the Dhúlaigh Open Day takes place on Thursday 20th November from 10am to 3pm. All are welcome to attend this event in our Coolock campus, which will feature exciting activities and demonstrations from our staff and students. Our Information Evening takes place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 from 4pm to 7pm also in our Coolock campus.
Dhúlaigh, offers more than 70 FET courses across its three campuses in Coolock, Raheny and Kilbarrack in north Dublin. With 13 faculty departments, Dhúlaigh delivers a broad range of programmes in disciplines such as Media & Animation, Science & Information Technology, Nursing & Health Sciences, Performing Arts, Business & Tourism, Art & Design, Hairdressing, Outdoor Education, Social Studies and much more.
As well as Post Leaving Certificate courses for school leavers, Dhúlaigh also provides qualifications at QQI levels 4, 5, & 6 alongside programmes such as the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship, Work-based Traineeship programmes, BA degree in Animation, and Film & Television Production accredited by University of Wolverhampton, plus a selection of part-time day and evening courses.

PLC courses are an affordable option for students who are unsure of their future career path and would like to try out a subject area before committing to a full degree. Qualifications also provide a route into higher education for students who did not meet CAO entry requirements for university.
